Devtool founder-style outreach campaigns and marketing

We know founders have a certain skill for cold emails, and developers have an aversion to marketing. Wondering what everyones personal style is for cold outreach for Devtools / APIs strategies that worked vs. didn't work. Personally my style of cold outreach is as simple as possible - painfully manually written - no more than 3-5 sentences - with phrases on newlines rather than sentences - [hard part] relate in the first 5 words. eg: Hey Rob :) noticed on github you might be using FastApi My names Lando, head of ecosystem at Lazarus SDK I know API security with python can be a nightmare Our latest release directly wraps any Starlette and provides unified auth on your frontend too :) Let me know if that sounds interesting or check out our homepage
