- anovikov 2y agoIf they did it several years ago, these days with many more EV models available and charging at scale, proven, it should be a no brainer for any halfway wealthy country that cares (and for a poor one, even more so, because buying EVs means not wasting the scarce foreign reserves to buy oil).
