Do you actually have to wipe the screen with the included special cloth? The screen on all of the macbooks that I've had usually get oily patches because of the contact with keycaps, so I have to wipe the screen regularly.
- hartator 2y agoI wipe all my devices with regular paper towels with a tad of water. Including my $5k Apple XDR display. I am probably not the best example to emulate lol.
- radicality 2y agoI have Pro Display XDR with nano coating and the manual definitely says to only use their special cleaning cloth (or with some isopropyl alcohol). The standard coating might not need it though.
