- downrightmike 2y agoBecause want a fancy solution that won't work. We need to use as little fossil fuels as possible and only when we are using them to fast track renewables.

- southernplaces7 2y agoIt's difficult to take in the least bit seriously the carbon control "projects" of a bunch of self absorbed ultra-rich tech warriors who regularly charter planes or outright own their own, as well as often owning and using mega-yachts while moving between in multiple enormous homes.
- lukev 2y agoActually it makes perfect sense. They see that climate change is an issue, but are eager to find some solution that doesn't involve them giving up any of the luxuries to which they have become accustomed.
