- sliverstorm 14y agoThere have been a bunch of studies recently that show praising kids for being smart or talented, rather than working hard, can cripple their development. So, it hardly surprises me.
- stdbrouw 14y agoWell, but that's hardly a binary choice, is it? You can encourage kids to develop their talents without putting them on a hamster wheel.
