- lern_too_spel 2y agoThis is exactly the opposite of what GP wants. N.K. Jemisin does not write page turners. He's looking for compulsive schlock at the Edgar Rice Burroughs end of the spectrum.
- ChrisMarshallNY 2y ago“She.” J. K. Jemisin is a woman (of color). I had no idea, myself, until after I had read The Broken Earth series, and wanted to find out more about the author. I did enjoy her stuff, but it isn’t what I’d want on my Desert Island list.
