Man, what an ass way of choosing your friends... I doubt it's optimal.
- d1str0 2y agoI think you just proved his point. This response is clearly quite aggressive and over the top and thus falls in the camp of being unlikely friends vs. someone who takes a more cordial approach.
- jachee 2y agoCordial or not, I certainly wouldn’t want to be friends with someone sociopathically “testing” me like that. It’s literal anti-social behavior.
- tb_technical 2y agoNo one deserves to be friends with anyone, actually - it's something two people decide mutually. To see it any other way reeks of entitlement.
- tdeck 2y agoFolks aren't reacting negatively because they want to be OP's friend, they're reacting negatively because OP makes a practice of lying to people about something inconsequential in order to try to provoke them as a form of test. That's not the way most normal people think about building personal relationships. We don't go around deliberately setting traps for others.
