I agree, sometimes doing something "boring" is actually nice. I just like to choose when those times are in the day, not have them all the time. I also see this as something nice for someone who is already conditioned to be super stimulated. Instead of scrolling instagram for example, this could be nice since at least you don't get the typical level of stimulation and eye strain..
