So this is done via InSAR (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Interferometric_synthetic-aperture_radar https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Interferometric_synthetic-aper...), leveraging ESA satellite data. Not sure on the buzzword bingo there.
