Uber terms mean couple can't sue after 'life-changing' crash
- tomrod 2y agoThis is ridiculous. Their 12 year old daughter agreed to Uber Eats, now they are bound and cannot sue after they were in a wreck with an Uber? Why do state courts make such ridiculous decisions?
