ACE 8. I didn't know this was a thing and took a test which accurately described my entire childhood with every question.
I don't know where to go from here? I want the daily pain to stop.
- HealingJourney 2y agoHi there, I would start with looking up complex trauma and looking for a therapist in your area who specializes in EMDR and parts work for complex trauma (I'm a therapist myself). The book The Body Keeps the Score provides a ton of information and good tips/strategies as well. Lots of luck and healing is possible.
