You can pick up Walksnail-protocol or HDZero-protocol goggles for ~$500 new, and HD 4k drones compatible with them like Caddx Gofilm 20 for $400 - and connect any controller which uses an open-source ELRS protocol. Granted, all of the hardware is manufactured in China I'm sure - but the software is miles apart.
