The cost of renewing my .com domain is coming in at $52 for one year

  I wanted to renew some domains with Gandi yesterday, and noticed that their prices increased a lot this year.     Just transfer to namecheap, it's still $16.88 over there.

      Seems to be around that or even less at most places I looked. Gandi used to charge more, but not quite like this.

  Cheapest .com renewal is $9.49 (at cosmotown.com). I think for domain registrations/renewals you should just always go for the cheapest one (of course making sure it's not a scam and there is some basic customer service).
