Show HN: Terminal Color Lookup Tool

Hi, while building BetterTerminal I had a hard time finding good tools for converting HEX colors to terminal (tput) colors. Maybe I was just looking in the wrong places, but I decided to build a solution for fellow developers. Hope you like it!
