Presumed guilty until proven innocent?
- trhway 2y agoyes. Otherwise you'd have no interest in having bodycams working. And in military in many situations it is pretty typical that de-facto one is guilty until proven innocent, so no new approach here.
- pc86 2y agoUCMJ is very very different than civilian law in a lot of aspects, it's not at all outside the realm of possibility to have certain high-value areas adopt something like the above out of an abundance of caution.
