The instance types are at http://aws.amazon.com/ec2/instance-types/ http://aws.amazon.com/ec2/instance-types/ (you probably want Medium or Large) The hourly prices are at http://aws.amazon.com/ec2/pricing/ http://aws.amazon.com/ec2/pricing/ (you want the "On-Demand" section)
