I think kombucha used to have 1-ish percent or more but they were made to get rid of most of the alcohol.
- SOLAR_FIELDS 2y agoI recall that a lot of the problem around this was that the content was regulating kombucha as an alcoholic beverage which makes distribution a lot more difficult.
