I'd suspect there's loopholes here, the trading will instead be done by a hedge fund on behalf of the congress member(s)
- _DeadFred_ 2y agoA hedge fund isn't granted immunity from insider trading charges like Senators are.
- robbyiq999 2y agoThis law isn't classifying anyone as insiders. I don't think there's an intention in the bill to ban trading by doing so.
