- uneekname 2y agoThat is source available, not open source. The term "open-source" is widely used to describe software that is licensed using a specific set of software licenses that grant certain freedoms to users. - mrtranscendence 2y agoIt's open source if you're using language like a normal human being. If you're a bit of a pedant and wish everyone to adhere to definitions imposed from on high regardless of real-world usage, it's absolutely not open source.
