The fact that they are relying on an external mail vendor, and had passwords in their emails is a very sad practice.
- ams6110 14y agoI'm guessing that they didn't have passwords, but were BCC-ing the password reset emails/links to the gmail account. But yeah... I don't like the idea of using Gmail for this either.
