I used to use Slate[0] to manage my windows but have since switched to Raycast since it was a more enjoyable experience. I have a 49" ultrawide so it's super useful to have precise control over where a window goes. I also use 3 desktops (as Apple calls them) and have different windows sizes depending on what I'm doing.
