Also particularly good from a Finnish university, but for Full-stack Javascript Development (Node + React) is https://fullstackopen.com/en/ https://fullstackopen.com/en/. The Java MOOC's assessments are auto evaluated. The FullStackOpen's assessments are uploaded into Github and actually evaluated by humans for free. Both give out certifications without payment upon completion.
