as funny as this is, this would be concerning if/when they make textbooks with AI graphics
- Turing_Machine 2y agoThey must've been really pissed off at Barney the Dinosaur. (for those who haven't had the (dis)pleasure, this was a television show that was enjoyed by toddlers, but extremely annoying to anyone over the age of three: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Barney_%26_Friends https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Barney_%26_Friends) I agree that it'd be concerning if junk images wound up in textbooks, but, you know, ensuring that textbook illustrations are accurate (within the limits of current scientific knowledge) is part of their job.
