- gus_massa 2y agoSome official advice in https://news.ycombinator.com/newswelcome.html https://news.ycombinator.com/newswelcome.html An easy trick is to find stories about a topic you know and look for comment that has questions, and then try to answer those questions. You can also add questions or an interesting anecdote or remark, but it's little harder to know when it is a good question or remark. Try to avoid very short comments, they should have two ore three sentences at least.
