Real mitigations include removing the telematics modules in the vehicle, often known as the Data Communications Module (DCM). Also replacing the default radio with a 3rd party radio can dispense with the embedded secondary LTE modem, GPS, hotspot, WiFi, etc.

- infotapeworm 2y agoUnfortunately, this will vary drastically depending on your model/vendor. But radio replacement videos are a good way to get a feel, along with wire harness kits for the radio. They often have documentation that details what function is where
