The Canadian Venture Exchange was absolute anarchy, and that was compared to the already lax Toronto exchange that had been chock full of sketchy mining stocks, the poster child of which was Bre-X.
Which of course was from Calgary.

- chollida1 2y agoBre-X was actually dual listed on the TSX(in Toronto) and the Nasdaq in the US, not the junior venture exchange. But, agreed, that stock was a wild ride while it lasted!!
