I can't see the website right now, but can you explain a way this could help others in the world?
- florianwueest 2y agoI think the benefit of mapping the world by languages (and color-coding it) is largely educational. The previous version of Language World Map is used by universities and schools alike, largely I believe to outline the impacts colonization had. I also see some people using the map for its original intended use: To visualize the benefits of learning multiple languages. :)
