- ProxCoques 2y agoSee also "being less wrong" about stuff. Particularly in a business context. The idea that a leader (or just a group of people) can have some ability to hit the jackpot straight out, or to know the one true way of doing anything fully-formed, seems to me to be the root cause of disappointment.
