- janice1999 2y agoThe differences in US and EU farming practices is sometimes astounding, both in terms of hygiene and animal welfare. It's still not a great idea to drink unpasteurised milk here in Europe though. Udders still get dirty, cows still get infections - you can still get unlucky.
