A counter example: I like making hasselback potatoes for special dinners. It’s incredibly tedious to peel, slice, and stack 4 pounds of potatoes. I dumped in my recipe and notes, suggested the 1 lb bag of shredded raw potatoes instead of the sliced potato and asked for an adjusted recipe I could cook on a cooktop. These are the most delicious latkes I’ve ever eaten.
