It doesn't matter why someone job hops, I still don't want them on my team.
Even someone with a perfectly innocent reason for job hopping (say for example, the candidate's spouse has a job that requires the candidate to move cities often) is still someone who is a high risk to job hop on me.
- x86x87 2y agoDo not agree. Unless they cannot stay in place for more than a couple of months I don't really care. People put too much weight on having bodies fill their seats and not very much weight on the quality of the output.
