Yep, the performance of the Apple watch is nothing but stunning especially given their medical grade ECGfeature. The (lack) progress of the others is disappointed. The Oura3 numbers are pretty impressive and at 3-5 days of battery life gives it an edge over the Apple Watch. I prefer ambient devices that lack screens so it is pretty good in that sense too.
