We really should restrict buybacks.

- uxp100 2y agoWe should moderately increase the capital gains tax so that buybacks are less advantaged for investors than dividends. Probably would not change the rate of companies doing buybacks, but why encourage it when so many people don’t seem to like it (doesn’t bother me, but I’m not wedded to buybacks either).
