As a father with 2 fairly young children, I can tell you from my experience that it will be extremely difficult. You will become very aware of your limited time availability, which allows you to be much more productive during the time that you do have. In the end, there's only so many hours during the day. You have to limit what you can work on and carefully pick what the top priorities are. Focus on those intensely. Good luck!
