This was pushed on us and all the good developers left and the train was derailed. There seems to be a group of people who think they can use process to make orgs great. In reality great orgs just have great people.
- rbanffy 2y agoProcess allows the company to hire less trained people. Some pointy-haired people think that you can impose process on untrained people and get good performance with a smaller spend.
