- vintagedave 2y agoAuthor here. I haven't had Promite for several years (it's impossible to find where I live) but I remember it being softer in texture (more like a normal spread) and a smoother flavour profile. Less intense (in a good way!) but still robust and flavourful. It was my favourite over Vegemite.
