Insider trades are always based on stronger information than you have and they are never random. There is always a purpose when they are selling. Why are insiders selling pre-IPO?

- mkramlich 14y agoA lot of folks would rather have $1M of real money than $10M+ of maybe-someday-maybe money. That's one lesson you can take away from past bubbles and missed sell opportunities. Especially for those who don't have FU-level wealth.
