  After reading this I’m more convinced than ever that switching from twitter to nostr was the better choice indeed. Nostr is a protocol, not an app. A good way to get started with it is https://primal.net/ https://primal.net/

    I like the idea of Nostr, but we see again that every recommendation in that space is towards some cryptocurrency. Do people even talk there? About anything but cryptocurrency?

      Any new platform must grow on a growing user base. It’s fortunate that a lot of bitcoiners happen to have found Nostr. Or maybe it’s the first kindling that it needs? But yes, there are many topics being discussed there. There is a whole sphere of Nostr in Thai and Vietnamese and Japanese that’s totally outside of my interest as well.
