Then your choices are website builders like Framer, webflow, squarespace etc, or cms with a theme like Wordpress, ghost, whatever. Coding is not happening in an hour, you’ll need that for design and content. It won’t be super unique but you’ll have something online very quickly. Note: 15$ might be enough to get you online but you are like to pay more monthly/annually. Cheapest is probably Wordpress on some cheap hosting.
