Does anyone know if it supports ethernet when plugged in to a generic USB-C dock? This seems like it would be a huge step up from the raspberry pi 3 I'm using

  Android supports Ethernet over USB-C, but a quick Google search seems to suggest that performance is lacking. I found this odyssey of some developer trying to reach someone at Google to get it fixed, but they keep giving him the ol' runaround.
