The blog entry is basically a QA between jiat0218 and various other people about these chopsticks. If Jia Tan does turn out to be a compromised maintainer working for a state actor then some of the content on the blog page can be viewed in a more sinister way (i.e. spycraft / hacks for sale etc.).
