    > But also, wow, what a messed up place the US is... Quite a lot of the things that would simply be untreatable in many places are treatable in the US, but it's expensive. I don't know if that's the case here, but knowing that can help you understand that the place where a lot of things originate (and start out expensive) is the place that eventually commercialises them to the point where other countries can buy them as a package.
