Pegasus Airlines has an excellent standing in this list but there are accidents where the plane got off the track.
One of these (February 5th, 2020) actually ended up fatal with 3 people dead out of 183:

In both cases, the plane was a Boeing 737-800.
I'm assuming this page is counting crashes, not the accidents that happen on the track.
