- Larrikin 3y agoMaybe you don't get interviews or offers if your contributions are generic "programs" and "etc" sums them up sufficiently as opposed to your race and gender?
- Jcowell 3y agoTo iterate , Your resume should be calling out what the projects were and its impact. It’s not enough to say “I can do Java”. No shit. What did you create/mantain/mutate with Java? What were novel problems that you had to deal with? What did this project aim to solve and if it did, how much did it benefit the company?
