- jedberg 3y agoEven NASA only uses 15 digits because anything beyond that is unnecessary even at Universal scales. Also if you want to be really picky, you can celebrate at 1:59 and 29 seconds.

- madcaptenor 3y agoI'd thought 26, but I wasn't rounding properly. I've heard it as "thirty-four seconds before two o'clock", to obscure what time it actually refers to.
