I hope so too, but how is Lemmy hosted when it is at the volume of Reddit? Supporting lemmy.world on Patreon? Or if niche communities are found on niche instances, how do I participate without either keeping up with inter-instance politics or just creating local accounts? It feels possible to scale Lemmy organizationally, but it also not something to take for granted.
