- atomical 14y agoCommon problem in the tech world. I have this conversation with every tech recruiter I talk to.
- ExpiredLink 14y agoI have seen programmers who worked in both languages but couldn't tell the difference.

- driverdan 14y agoWhy would you even bother talking to them? I'd hang up / kick them out.
- atomical 14y agoYou just have to hope that their 'client' knows their shit and can tell the difference. But in short, it's useful to use recruiters for opportunities that aren't on the job boards and to poll the market.
