Unfortunately, majority of "large" user-facing programs or services are not open source.
- dochtman 3y agoSoftware doesn’t have to be open source in order to provide good “customer support” with tracking and responding to issues. However, most non-source available projects don’t make it possible to publicly track issues at a code level.
