The White House’s AI regulatory order requires big cloud providers to monitor for and report foreign clients (ie Chinese) for using their services to train AI fyi. Monitoring for malicious activity isn’t nearly as invasive as what the government is requiring
- mistrial9 3y agooddly, top ranking AI research in the world right now comes from Stanford USA+Wuhan PRC .. this is trivially verified. Intelligent commentary will need to differentiate between public cooperation layers, non-public cooperation layers, and non-public adversarial layers .. because, they are all active.. all of those.
