This is a very incisive and insightful take and really distills some large cultural differences between Americans and Europeans down to its essence.
Can I ask if you are American or European? How did you come about this insight?
- rglullis 3y agoBorn and raised in South America. Lived in the US for ~5 years (2008-2013). Living in Germany since 2013. :)
- cmbothwell 3y agoI would also posit that this inclination towards individuals over institutions in the US extends to Central and South America.
